Calculate daily budget
- How much are we willing to spend?
- Calculate LTV (how much profit a average single customer brings to the company)
- Calculate CPA (how much it should cost as max to acquire a customer)
- Calculate conversion rate (how many % of ad visitors are going to make a purchase)
- Calculate max CPC (how much a click maximum can cost to still be profitable)
- How much should our budget be per day?
- 100 customers / buying customers per 100 (take number from the conversion rate) = a. How many clicks are needed to get one sale.
- Double (b1.) and multiply (b2.) number a. with 4 to get a skeptic view of how many clicks may be needed
- Multiply b2. with CPC which will return how much you need to spend max in one day to get at least one sale
- Multiply b1. with CPC which will return how much you need to spend in one day to get at least one sale
You now have a rough budget range!

Calculate LTV = Average profit per sale for that product x average number of times customers return for the same product
Calculate CPA = LTV/3
Calculate conversion rate = (How many sales the company makes / How many visitors the website has (you will get a percentage value))/ 2 (sales through ads are harder to get, so divide by half to be safe)
Calculate MAX CPC = CPA x conversion rate (for example 100kr x 0,04 (4%))
