Calculate daily budget

  1. How much are we willing to spend?
    1. Calculate LTV (how much profit a average single customer brings to the company)
    2. Calculate CPA (how much it should cost as max to acquire a customer)
    3. Calculate conversion rate (how many % of ad visitors are going to make a purchase)
    4. Calculate max CPC (how much a click maximum can cost to still be profitable)
  2. How much should our budget be per day?
    1. 100 customers / buying customers per 100 (take number from the conversion rate) = a. How many clicks are needed to get one sale. 8-)
    2. Double (b1.) and multiply (b2.) number a. with 4 to get a skeptic view of how many clicks may be needed
    3. Multiply b2. with CPC which will return how much you need to spend max in one day to get at least one sale
    4. Multiply b1. with CPC which will return how much you need to spend in one day to get at least one sale

Delivery method → Standard

Calculate LTV = Average profit per sale for that product x average number of times customers return for the same product
Calculate CPA = LTV/3
Calculate conversion rate = (How many sales the company makes / How many visitors the website has (you will get a percentage value))/ 2 (sales through ads are harder to get, so divide by half to be safe)
Calculate MAX CPC = CPA x conversion rate (for example 100kr x 0,04 (4%))
